OUR PEOPLE

My retrospective view, on being part of Pelltech Healthcare, since its inception, is living proof of the adage, "Where there's a will there's a way". The idea of Pelltech was formed, as we looked out in the market for a white space to fill, in areas where we could offer clients research-based products, in solid oral dosage forms. While staying flexible and eager to work with our local and international clients, the passion and hard work of the management, boosted Pelltech Healthcare’s growth. Working with Pelltech has been a personal sense of achievement, accumulating diverse set of experiences, taking informed decisions, training largely young generation and seeing them grow with Pelltech. Pelltech also evolved me into taking up challenges and working with innovations in the industry and managing maturity of the pharmaceutical quality systems, as per international standards. 

Pelltech Healthcare is wonderful organization where you have the flexibility to express your skills and talents. The freedom to work in a way that allows me to maximize my efficiencies and become great in my role, motivates me greatly. I have been able to set clear objectives for my role and the right level of involvement (without interference) from my leadership team has helped define a purpose for each action leading towards those objectives. Every day at Pelltech is a new day. Each day is different – either an ongoing project, or a major issue to be discussed, an important meeting and many such situations. However, it presents me with an opportunity to learn and blend further into the company’s culture and values.

My managers are as supportive as I could ever hope for managers at work to be, always helping me grow and push outside of my comfort zone. The work is interesting, there’s constant variety and the people are great. With new challenges every day I have always felt engaged with my work, which has enabled me to gain expertise in many different areas. I have always found my job thrilling and exciting. The best thing about working at Pelltech is the bond formed between colleagues. While everyone is focused and driven to do their jobs well, there is always time for a laugh in the office, and when things are tough, problems are solved as a team.

I have been with the company for over 10 years and the words that perfectly sum up the company culture are: fun, fast and challenging. During the past 10 years, Pelltech Healthcare has grown and many things have changed, but certain core values like team spirit, strong sense of community, and care for others have prevailed. The work is engaging, and dynamic, with each day and each project offering its own unique journey. I have had a tremendous amount of growth in my career during my time at Pelltech. This place is a full package—providing a reservoir of expertise, opportunities, and management support that keeps me looking forward to another day.

One of the biggest reasons I enjoy working at Pelltech Healthcare is, I can directly be involved in improving the quality of the product that is going to be used by the patients. In addition, Pelltech has the right attitude to professional development and employees are appreciated here. My colleagues are helpful and encouraging. Even after almost 3 years, I’m still excited to be part of the team, because there is always something new to learn and to develop. The atmosphere within teams is supportive, not competitive. Everyone has a common goal and people feel proud of their achievements. Because the company is growing there is a lot of room for stimulating work and taking on additional responsibilities regardless of your position.
